Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Mark Terence McDonald (IP#135) and Raymond Paul Cox (IP#94), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Hamilton on the application of Island Grace (Fiji) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation). The liquidation commenced on Friday 17 February 2023 at 4.55pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday 17 March 2023 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
