Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of V MOVERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on application of New Zealand Transport Agency on 13 February 2023 at 10.47am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the above liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 27 March 2023.
