Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of COMPLEX FACADE NZ LIMITED on 12 December 2023 at 12.30pm, and LANJ CLADDING / BUILDING LIMITED on 18 December 2023 at 2.15pm, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124) of Hamilton, as liquidator of the above-named companies.

The liquidator fixes 2 February 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
