Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The abovenamed companies were placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 19 December 2023 at 9.00am and 21 December 2023 at 10.00am, respectively. Craig Young was appointed liquidator of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator hereby fixes 16 February 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of each company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
