Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OCHO HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 9 December 2023 at 2.54pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TCN COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 15 December 2023 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Following solvency resolutions, Boris van Delden (IP57) and Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GLEN BRAE HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation), KIWIDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in liquidation) and CLEVEDON WATERWAYS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the company's shareholder(s) on 18 December 2023 at 12.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: These three appointments are all solvent liquidations.
