Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WACH HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 14 December 2023 at 8.48am. This is a solvent liquidation.
