Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 14 December 2023 at 11.45am, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40, respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of OPUM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in receivership) by order of the High Court Auckland on application of OPUM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (in receivership) by its receivers, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness.

Notice is given that we fix 29 February 2024 as the day by which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
