Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CROYDON INDUSTRIES LIMITED by the High Court at Invercargill pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 14 December 2023 at 11.58am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 2 February 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
