Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

RHAYNE LIMITED on 14 December 2023 at 9.57am by order of the High Court at Whanganui on the application of Harker Herbal Products Limited.

The liquidators fix 9 February 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
