On 8 December 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 8 December 2023 at 11.00am.
