Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Kelera Nayacakalou, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidators of GRIEVE INVESTMENTS TRADING LIMITED by the High Court at Wellington on 10 October 2023 at 10.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act, on the application of Tanya Lieven.

The liquidators fix 31 January 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
