Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUJLA HOSPITALITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 December 2023 at 5.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 17 January 2024.
