Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 7 December 2023 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that FIVE REDLAND ROAD LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated effective 12.00am on 8 December 2023 and that Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
