Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JUN YUE INVESTMENT LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 7 December 2023 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 7 February 2024 as the day by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
