Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WELLINGTON ENGINEERING PROUD LIMITED by the High Court at New Plymouth on 1 December 2023 on the application of Inland Revenue pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

We fix 19 January 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
