Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Auckland on 1 December 2023 on the application of Inland Revenue, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993:

APIFORCE LIMITED (formerly 1668 HONEY LIMITED) (in liquidation) at 10.21am.

AUCKLAND TRADING (2023) LIMITED (formerly TAHAAROA HONEY LIMITED) (in liquidation) at 10.22am.

We fix 19 January 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
