Appointment of Liquidator and

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for SAHEEL HOLDINGS (2013) LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder on the company on 5 December 2023 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 16 January 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
