Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that SAIL & VINE LIMITED (in liquidation) and MRS L LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 November 2023 to put both companies into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies was appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 10 November 2023 at 4.00pm, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
