Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, the creditors of the companies voted at a watershed meeting held on 5 January 2023 to appoint Michael James Billingsley (IP#154) and Neil Robert Cussen (IP#152) both of Cor Cordis Pty Ltd, as joint and several liquidators of the companies.

The liquidations commenced on 5 January 2023 at 11.50am and 11.51am respectively.
