Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, was appointed as liquidator of ARISTON GROUP LIMITED on 22 November 2023 at 3.41pm by shareholder resolution. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.

Notice is given the liquidator fixes 22 December 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
