Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 13 November 2023 it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that STRUCTURE WISE 2020 LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew John Hawkes, Insolvency Practitioner IP80 of Anthem Partners Limited, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 13 November 2023 at 10.00am.

Creditors Claims

In accordance with Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994 the liquidator hereby fixes 30 November 2023, being a day not less than 10 working days from the day since this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
