Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SAFARI BBQ PRODUCTS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 November 2023 at 10.05am on the application of Safari Vervaardiging CC.

We fix 22 December 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
