Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of REDCURRENT LIMITED by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 February 2023 at 10.00am.

We fix 13 March 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
