Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAMA D’S SOUTH AUCKLAND LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 13 November 2023 at 11.15am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EBNZ INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 13 November 2023 at 10.46am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUSTINO PARKSIDE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 15 November 2023 at 12.05pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of C AND C BUILDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 16 November 2023 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GREEN INNOVATIONS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 17 November 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 15 January 2024.
