On 10 November 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that XCEL ELECTRICAL PRIVATE LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 10 November 2023 at 1.00pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 December 2023.
