Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 5879514 and 6062267

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders on 10 November 2023 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act at the times below:

• UNIVERSAL PRECAST LIMITED at 1.45pm.
• UNIVERSAL PRECAST PROPERTIES LIMITED at 1.48pm.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidators fix 8 December 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
