Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named companies commenced on 9 November 2023 at 4.42pm, when Stephen White and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies pursuant to sections 239ABU(b) and 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) via creditors’ resolutions at the jointly held watershed meeting.

The liquidators hereby give notice that they have fixed 20 December 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
