Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ANDY LEIGHTON SOLD LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 6 November 2023 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DENOTE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 8 November 2023 at 4.59pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PACIFIC TRANSIT PTY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 8 November 2023 at 1.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Please note all external creditors have been paid.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRIANGLE APARTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 9 November 2023 at 10.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Shorcom Limited.
