Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

David Vance, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of M J CHRISTIAN LIMITED at 11.00am on 24 October 2023 as a consequence of the shareholders passing a resolution under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

This is a solvent liquidation, the directors having declared as such and filed the declaration with the Registrar in accordance with section 243A of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently. The liquidator has fixed 30 November 2023 as the last day for all creditors to make their claims and establish any priority they believe their claims may have. Creditors who have not made a claim by the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
