Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators (Solvent Liquidation)

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a declaration of solvency and pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 November 2023 at 9.05am MacLeod & Associates (NZ) Limited was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution. Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by Friday 8 December 2023. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.

Please note this is a solvent liquidation, the company is not trading and is no longer required, there are no creditors that we are aware of.
