Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOOTHILLS CONTRACTING LIMITED by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 6 November 2023 at 10.10am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 12 December 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
