Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAP CONSTRUCTION 2008 LIMITED (in liquidation), by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 7 November 2023 at 10.18am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
