Pritesh Patel (IP120) Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed as liquidator for ACE TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 3 November 2023 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 December 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
