Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of JACKSON CREEK LIMITED and LEIGH JACKSON 1967 LIMITED, on 31 October 2023 at 5.06pm and 3 November 2023 at 8.00am respectively, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator.

In accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 November 2023 at 11.15am, Simon Dalton, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of 389 CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (formerly KNCC Limited) by the High Court at Auckland on the application of Seulbi Gang.

The undersigned does hereby fix 5 December 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
