Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of INCA WATT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 2 November 2023 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 20 January 2024.
