Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2023 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 that the above-named company be liquidated and that Kevyn Andrew Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of i-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidator.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 30 November 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
