On 24 October 2023, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) and the board of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 24 October 2023 at 10.00am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 21 November 2023.
