Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company on 26 October 2023 at 10.43am by the High Court at Christchurch on the application of Catherine Xu, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 15 December 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
