Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CONTAINER CARRIERS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 19 October 2023 at 10.47am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 1 December 2023 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
