Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, chartered accountants and Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the entities on 24 October 2023 at the following times and by the following parties:

• PAGEPACK LP at 9.00am by resolution of its limited partners holding a majority of shares pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008
• PAGEPACK GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED at 9.05am by resolution of its shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act

The directors have signed declarations under section 243A of the Act stating that the entities will be able to pay their debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the entities, we fix 27 November 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the entities are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
