Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the dates and times specified below, Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the following companies by order of the High Court at Auckland:

GREENBELL ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING LIMITED was placed into liquidation at 10.47am on 3 February 2023 on the application of Watercare Limited.

K-DHAR LIVING LIMITED was placed into liquidation at 10.06am on 9 February 2023 on the application of Amax Limited.

The undersigned does hereby fix 24 March 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
