Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 20 November 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
