Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, at 3.00pm on 11 October 2023 and at 9.00am on 10 October 2023 respectively, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies.

VEROTTI A&P LIMITED was previously named DESIGNATION LIMITED until 1 May 2023. The business has been sold and the purchaser continues to trade under the company’s former name.

The undersigned does hereby fix 8 November 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.

Note: These are solvent liquidations. All known creditors have been paid.
