Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NPRC LIMITED (formerly ARCHIMEDIA GROUP LIMITED) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 October 2023 at 1.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: All known third-party creditors have been paid.

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPY PERFORMANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 11 October 2023 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation.
