Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown were appointed joint and several liquidators of KERERU KIWI LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 12 October 2023 at 11.00am. This is a solvent liquidation.
