Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Christchurch on 9 February 2023 at 10.15am. The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 9 April 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
