Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies on the dates and times specified below:

E A ENERGY PLUS LIMITED at 10.48am on 6 October 2023 by order of the High Court at Auckland on the application of Darren Blomfield.

DEMACIA HOMES LIMITED at 10.47am on 9 October 2023 by order of the High Court at Hamilton on the application of Brothers Door Limited.

RAJ TRUCKING LIMITED at 11.00am on 9 October 2023 by order of the High Court at Hamilton on the application of Pro Mechanical Limited.

BELLYFIRE LIFE LIMITED, BETTER TO GIVE LIMITED, FIRST CHOICE HOLDING LIMITED and WARDS VENTURE GROUP LIMITED at 2.40pm on 6 October 2023 by resolution of shareholders.

The liquidators fix 1 December 2023 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
