Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by the shareholders on 2 October 2023 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

The liquidator fixes 31 October 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
