Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidation of PB TRUCKING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 2 October 2023 at 2.41pm, the solvent liquidation of RK EMPIRE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 October 2023 at 1.34pm and the solvent liquidation of RISING SUN (NZ) HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 3 October 2023 at 4.40pm.

The liquidators fix 13 November 2023 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
