Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of SONSEARCH GROUP LIMITED on 29 September 2023 at 2.18pm by shareholder resolution. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 10 November 2023 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
